2 Ways to Register

The first way is to pre-register using the form to the right. If you use this option you will be asked to submit a payment of $30 using PayPal.

The second way is to raise pledges of $30 or more using a pledge sheet to track donations.

Big Fling Pre-Registration

Complete the form below to be pre-registered for the Big Fling. After filling in all the fields click on the Submit button to finish the pre-registration process. You can also mail in your registration. Send a check to FVSSN, 506 E Parkway Blvd, Appleton, WI 54911. Please include your name and email. By registering online, you are agreeing to allow the FVSSN to use photos of you in marketing materials (so smile!)

Pre-Registration Instructions

In order to pre-register for a spot in the Big Fling you will need to complete the following steps.

1. Complete registration form on this page and click Submit.

2. You will then be taken to the payment page. Click on the PayPal Logo. You will be re-directed to PayPal.

3. Logon to PayPal and enter your credit card information. This will complete your registration.

**If you don't have a PayPal account click on the link towards the bottom of the PayPal page that describes account setup. After completing your account setup you can then pay for your registration.
