Big Fling Fun Big Yard Games Competition 12:30 check-in; 1:00 competition

Who will have fun competing? Families, individuals, teens, children, adults, grandparents, siblings, aunts and uncles, neighbors and friends … get it? EVERYONE is going to have a great time!

What games are in the competition?

• Big Bowling

• Big Bean Bag toss

• Big Ladder Golf Course

How does the competition work?

Two people are needed from each team for each game. For example, if the Smith family plans to compete as Team Smith, they need to select two people from their group to compete in each of the three games. They do not need to be the same two people for every game. If you register as an individual, you will be matched at check-in with another player to compete as a team.

Each team gets a scorecard on which they keep track of their points. The team that earns the most total points for all three games combined, wins 1st place. The second best score wins 2nd place, and 3rd best wins 3rd place. Top three teams each win trophy vessels and a special prize basket.

How much does it cost to compete?

Each team is responsible for bringing at least $30 in pledges/donations to compete. All competitors receive a cool Big Fling water bottle and a chance to win door prizes. Those who bring at least $100 in donations will get a T-shirt and a chance to win a Grand Prize.

Why Support FVSSN ?

Thousand of children in our area have disabilities or long-term illnesses and most have at least one typically-developing sibling.

No one has a longer bond with a person with special needs than their sibling, not parents, not teachers, not anyone. Siblings have an ever changing need for information and support. The Fox Valley Sibling Support Network provides workshops, camps and other programs to help siblings throughout their life-long journey, ultimately helping them benefit their siblings with special needs.
